Case 1 - Bone loss resulting from surgery and periodontal disease. "Drifting" of lower teeth thus resulting into large spacing.
Treatment carried out 1st Periodontal disease treated, 2nd judicious improvement of unever upper teeth by stoning and reshaping of incisal edges. 3rd Enlighten Tooth Whitening. 4th Composite partial veneers placed to close the gaps. End result, please see pictures (left).

Case 2 - Spacing due to periodontal disease and long looking teeth.
Treatment carried out - 1st Periodontal disease treated. 2nd, Front teeth reduced and reshaped. 3rd, Composite partial veneers placed to close the space.
